I have 15 years experience as a Design & Product Operations Manager working with design firms, tech companies, and production teams. I’ve organized large, complex, cross-functional efforts and served as a trusted advisor and partner to leadership to improve design and operational performance.

In 2026, I left my desk job to start my own Professional Organizing and Home System Design company — Organizing with Maggie Glaize — but I still consult with startups and tech companies on project management best practices.
